Welcome to SkeduleUp ("the Service"), accessible at skeduleup.com. These Terms govern use of the Service by hospitality professionals who create cards and guests who view cards or request reminders. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of the service
SkeduleUp is an independent digital utility that helps restaurant servers, bartenders, and hospitality professionals share their working schedules with regulars through personal links and QR codes.
2. Independent utility and schedule accuracy
- SkeduleUp is not an employer, staffing agency, or representative of any restaurant or workplace listed on a card. A listing does not imply endorsement or partnership.
- Cards display self-reported schedules that may change because of shift trades, illness, or workplace decisions. We do not guarantee their accuracy or completeness.
- SkeduleUp is not a reservation system. A schedule does not guarantee seating, table availability, or assignment to a particular server.
- Check-ins are self-reported interactions, not proof of physical presence. Reminder requests do not guarantee delivery or availability.
3. Your account and content
Provide accurate information, keep your login and access code private, and publish only content you are authorized to share. You remain responsible for your card, its schedule, and compliance with your workplace policies.
You retain rights to your content and permit SkeduleUp to store and display it as needed to provide the Service. Your published name, restaurant, note, and shifts are public.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your workplace affiliation.
- Publish unlawful, defamatory, abusive, fraudulent, or rights-infringing content.
- Use guest information for unsolicited marketing, harassment, spam, or purposes the guest did not authorize.
- Attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the Service, bypass safeguards, or harvest personal data using scrapers or bots.
5. Suspension and deletion
We may restrict or remove cards or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address violations, abuse, security risks, or legal obligations. You can request deletion by contacting info@skeduleup.com. Deleting a public card does not automatically delete a separate sign-in account.
6. Warranties and liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SkeduleUp is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service. We are not responsible for workplace disputes, tipping outcomes, seating decisions, or scheduling conflicts. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Changes to the service and terms
We may change the Service and update these Terms. We will post revised Terms with an updated date and provide additional notice where required by law. Continued use after the applicable effective date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
8. Privacy and contact
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. For questions about these Terms or support, email info@skeduleup.com.
